**Job Summary**:
The **Client Success Manager** will focus on finding and securing new clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and maintaining long-term satisfaction. You will be a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and providing customized solutions to build strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Acquisition**:

- Bring in new requirements from both new and existing clients to drive closures and revenue growth.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, collaborating with the internal team for smooth execution.

**Client Onboarding**:

- Lead the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Work with internal teams to deliver HR solutions tailored to client needs.

**Relationship Building**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships by understanding their needs and providing ongoing support.
- Act as the main point of contact, ensuring clients receive maximum value from our solutions.

**Client Retention & Growth**:

- Monitor client satisfaction, address issues, and maintain strong relationships.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
- Ensure client success and long-term retention.

**Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize the delivery of HR solutions.

Share client feedback to improve services and overall client experience.

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR7,000.00 per month
