Timekeeper - Payroll

Prepare and manage timesheets for each employee using the attendance system.
- Receive, review, and distribute various payroll-related documents.
- Managing the time and attendance system This includes setting up the schedule, calendar, and other employee-related information, configuring the system, troubleshooting any issues, and generating reports.
- Communicate and collaborate with employees to address queries and concerns related to timesheets.
- Compile and enter timesheet-related deduction and addition information, along with any other relevant details, into the designated input file.
- Verify the entered data, including cross-checking medical certificates, leave deductions, and other approvals.
- Clean, organize, and validate WPS files.
Skills and Qualifications
- With at least 2 years of experience in timekeeping, payroll processing, or any accounting field.
- Has good analytical skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel.
- Must be flexible and willing to extend beyond office time.
- Preferably single and at least 25 years old.
- Available in Qatar
**Salary**: QAR3,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month
