Job Responsibilities

Key Performance Areas
  1. Client Service: Provide swift and effective solutions to client inquiries and transaction requests.
  2. Account Management: Ensure accurate and complete documentation for new accounts, maintaining high-quality standards.
  3. Deposit Management: Monitor and manage customer deposits according to ALCO directives.
  4. Issue Resolution: Collaborate with internal teams to address client complaints and proactively communicate updates to affected parties.
  5. Transaction Execution: Prepare and process transactions efficiently to meet client needs.
  6. Reporting: Generate regular reports on CB MIS as needed.
  7. Customer Data Management: Maintain accurate and current customer information within the system.
  8. Relationship Building: Identify opportunities to strengthen client relationships and collaborate with internal teams to deliver premium services.

Education Requirements

  • University degree with a minimum of 2 years of experience in finance.
