Job Description:

As a key member of the QNB Group team, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting Customer Relationship Managers in managing and servicing QNB First account holders. This includes providing excellent banking services, ensuring timely transactions, and handling customer queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Customer Relationship Managers in handling customer inquiries, complaint resolution, and enhancing customer satisfaction through seamless service delivery.
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, proactively contacting customers, and cross-selling products to improve profitability.
  • Building strong relationships with branch customers, related units, and involving in database management, loyalty programs, or direct marketing processes.
  • Providing timely and accurate information to auditors and the Compliance function as required.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or Information Technology.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience within a highly rated international bank.
