Automotive Parts Sales Manager

Mannai seeks an experienced Automotive Parts Sales Manager to oversee the overall operation of its Retail Parts Business.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering and at least 6 years of experience in the automotive parts industry. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring price positioning for the department aligns with industry standards through innovative strategies focused on customer satisfaction.
- Pursuing continuous improvement of quality service to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Developing and implementing innovative marketing and sales promotions to reduce obsolete and slow-moving inventory items in consultation with the Parts Director.
- Planning and budgeting to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.
- Driving the development and implementation of parts retail sales strategies.
- Preparing reports for parts sales against targets.
- Identifying opportunities for business growth, planning, and initiating actions related to new outlet openings or equipment upgrades.
- Overseeing retail sales across branches and ensuring adherence to company and principle standards to meet targeted sales.
- Training and developing sales staff.
- Evaluating performance and planning monthly incentives and career progression based on KPIs.
- Ensuring subordinates possess required knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience to reach department objectives.
- Attending meetings and trainings as required by the company and manufacturer.
- Maintaining safety, security, and appearance of allocated assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- At least 6 years of similar experience in the Automotive Parts (Passenger Vehicles) industry.
