Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales leader to join our PlaceUp team as an Automotive Sales Manager in Qatar. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, developing strong relationships with customers and partners, and leading high-performing teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Lead Sales Operations: Oversee all aspects of sales operations in Qatar, including sales strategy, forecasting, and performance management.
  2. Develop Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  3. Manage Team Performance: Lead a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their targets and provide excellent customer service.
  4. Identify Market Trends: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Qualifications
  • At least 6-10 years of experience in automotive/lubricants & car care/spare parts sales, with at least 5 years at a manager level.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong relationship management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher diploma in a relevant field.
