The Global Development Coach will play a key role in developing senior leaders in line with business priorities, manpower, and Qatarization plans.

Key Accountabilities

  1. Coach and develop senior leaders to improve their leadership competencies and skills.
  2. Evaluate critical talent and leadership development processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  3. Maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to understand their leadership development needs.
  4. Provide guidance and support to Training & Education focal person on all tasks related to training activities and leadership development.

Person Specification - Minimum Requirement

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources Management is required.

Knowledge and/or Experience

A minimum of 8 years of experience in training and career development in the oil, gas, or petrochemical industry, including 3 years in a supervisory role, is necessary. In-depth knowledge acquired through experience implementing best practice in leadership development, succession planning, and talent management is expected.
