About the Role

The Global Detergent Factory is looking for a seasoned Sales Executive to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Target Achievement: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and product expansion.
  3. Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
  4. Product Training and Support: Provide expert training and technical support to clients to enhance their experience.
  5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer service.
  6. Performance Reporting: Analyze and report sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and forecasting future results.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (Preferred).
  • 5+ years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a senior role.
  • Experience in B2B sales, particularly in cleaning or sanitation industries.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
