Your primary responsibilities will include implementing HR policies, managing the recruitment process, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies to align with company goals and objectives.
  • Source, screen, interview, and onboard new employees.
  • Collaborate with out-sourced recruitment agencies to meet hiring needs.
  • Design and conduct employee orientation programs and training initiatives.
  • Maintain employee records, including personnel files, attendance records, and leave management.
  • Manage payroll processes and ensure timely salary disbursements.
  • Ensure staff accommodations meet company standards.
  • Coordinate with maintenance staff to address basic repairs and maintenance needs.
  • Provide support in resolving employee concerns and grievances.
  • Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations and ensure compliance.
