About the Job:

This role plays a critical part in supporting the Human Resources team by managing administrative tasks, such as creating and maintaining filing systems, preparing correspondence, and ordering supplies.

The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, be able to work independently, and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

This position requires effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage filing systems and ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Prepare and distribute mail and documents
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including setting up applicant spaces
  • Maintain positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
