- Foster collaboration with legal, finance, and project management teams to ensure alignment on contractual matters and adherence to company standards.
- Analyze contract performance and produce regular reports on contract status, highlighting areas for improvement and opportunities for enhancement.
- Ensure subcontractors and suppliers adhere to contractual obligations, addressing any contractual disputes that may arise.
- Deliver training sessions on contract management processes and risk mitigation strategies for project teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certification in Contract Management (e.g., Certified Commercial Contracts Manager (CCCM) or equivalent).
- Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in contract administration and management, preferably in the construction, oil & gas, or EPC industries.
- Contractual and Commercial Expertise: In-depth knowledge of contract law, commercial terms, and risk management practices.
- Change and Claims Management: Strong experience in managing contract changes, preparing claims, and negotiating variations.
