Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant (Finance and Front Office) to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support to the Finance and Front Office teams, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage high volume and complex accounts from customers
  • Deliver invoices to enable customers to make payments quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Opera, Oracle
  • Preferably more than 2 years of experience in administration, finance or accounting
