Front Office Team Lead

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As a Front Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading the front office team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional levels of service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Previous Experience**: You will have previous experience in a 5-star hotel environment, with a proven track record of delivering high levels of customer service.

- **Commercial Awareness**: You will have a strong commercial/business awareness, with the ability to demonstrate sales capabilities and drive revenue growth.

- **Supervisory Skills**: You will have excellent supervisory, inter-personal, and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
