We're seeking an exceptional commercial leader to spearhead our regional sales operation from Qatar.

The ideal candidate will develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to expand our market presence, drive revenue growth, and forge key partnerships with government entities, corporate clients, and financial institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to meet revenue targets and expand our market reach.
  • Market Analysis: Identify new business prospects, market trends, and customer needs to inform our sales approach.
  • Collaboration with Senior Management: Work closely with senior management to set sales goals, budgets, and KPIs that align with our company's vision.
  • Account Acquisition and Retention: Secure new customers, partners, and strategic accounts through effective relationship-building and account management.
  • Territory Planning: Develop and execute a territory plan aligned with our global partner go-to-market strategy to drive market expansion into new industry verticals and segments.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Proven success in sales leadership within digital payments, fintech, or similar industries with a focus on the Middle East.
  • Leadership Skills: Track record of building and leading high-performing sales teams and driving revenue growth.
  • Critical Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
