Regional Business Development Manager

As a Regional Sales Director – FinTech, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, expanding our market presence, and forming key partnerships with stakeholders in the Middle East.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership within digital payments, fintech, or similar industries with a focus on the Middle East.
About the Role:
- Sales Leadership: Lead a high-performing sales team to achieve regional sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, expand our market reach, and drive market expansion into new industry verticals and segments.
- Relationship-Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government entities, corporate clients, and financial institutions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Proven success in sales leadership within digital payments, fintech, or similar industries with a focus on the Middle East.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, ability to build and lead high-performing sales teams, and drive revenue growth.
- Critical Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
