Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and organized Cost Clerk to join our team at Al-Futtaim Automotive. The successful candidate will have experience in invoice preparation, cash handling, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit proforma invoices to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of petty cash transactions.
- Follow up on overdue payments and ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts.
- Provide excellent customer service to cash-paying customers.
Skills and Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a finance or administrative role.
