Job Overview

The incumbent of this position will primarily be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive sales strategy to drive growth in the Small and Medium Business (SMB) market segment.

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders at all organization levels, including senior executives.
  2. Creating and maintaining account plans to promote sales growth and achieve business objectives.
  3. Identifying and recruiting new partners to expand the company's reach and increase revenue.
  4. Sharing feedback to plan, execute, and manage promotional activities to drive significant sales growth.
  5. Fully engaging with Partners' business managers' teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  6. Liaising with vendor SMB teams and partner sales teams to effectively manage and close active deals.
  7. Achieving or exceeding assigned quota for the Cisco product portfolio.
  8. Monitoring and maintaining credit lines with all partners to ensure timely payment.
  9. Providing accurate forecasts of deals and sharing feedback for accounts managed on a weekly basis.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with high quotas.
  • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
