About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Global Sales team as a Lead Systems Officer. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation and management of our CRM (Salesforce) system, ensuring its optimal performance and usability.

As a Lead Systems Officer, you will be responsible for:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy to drive sales team performance and efficiency.
  2. Leading cross-functional teams to deliver CRM-related projects and initiatives.
  3. Providing functional expertise and support to ensure seamless system performance and user adoption.
  4. Collaborating with IT, Global Sales, and other stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimize system functionality.
  5. Managing the business support of the system, including UAT testing, defect resolution, and end-user support.
  6. Continuously reviewing system performance and developing new features and functionalities to meet market needs and industry standards.
  7. Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM and Salesforce features and products to provide recommendations for implementation and use cases.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field, such as Business, Information Systems, Technology Management, or Project Management.
  2. Proven experience in managing effective working relationships and change management, particularly in the technology and CRM space.
  3. Project management experience within a multicultural environment.
  4. High-level technical management or business experience.
  5. CRM/Salesforce knowledge and experience.
