The Receptionist is an essential role within our organization, responsible for providing administrative support and customer service to visitors, clients, and employees.
Responsibilities and Tasks- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to visitors and clients
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Perform various administrative tasks such as typing, filing, photocopying, and faxing documents
- Familiarity and working knowledge of general office machines
- Good communication (oral and written) in English
- Possess good understanding and knowledge in document control and management
- Proficient in computer systems, applications, and programs
