Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Maritime Senior Project Lead to join our team at BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL. As a key member of the BMS Projects and Business Development team, you will play a critical role in providing advice and applying your previous experience to identify areas where BMS can support various End Users.

You will be responsible for supporting the development of User Requirements, Statements of Work, Tender Documents, and Contracts working with multiple relevant stakeholders. Your expertise in operational data analysis (performance metrics) and presentation skills will enable you to effectively communicate project progress through presentations in internal meetings and submissions to both internal and external reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Liaise with multiple stakeholders, including Military Personnel, External Suppliers, and various other departments.
  2. Support the development of User Requirements, Statements of Work, Tender Documents, and Contracts.
  3. Collate and analyze operational data (performance metrics).
  4. Present and report on project progress through presentations in internal meetings and submissions to both internal and external reports.
  5. Support and assist tasks given to the BMS Projects and BD Team as directed.
  6. Provide support to the BMS operations team, specifically during contract transition/initial operating phases as directed.
  7. Build and maintain relationships with End Users and other stakeholders.
  8. Produce detailed Scopes of Work for future maritime support solutions.
