Asterix Communications seeks a seasoned Sales Manager to drive revenue growth and expand our catering business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing large group and catering opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service to drive customer loyalty.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Analysis and Revenue Growth
• Conduct market research to identify potential group and catering accounts, and develop targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
• Develop and execute sales plans to maximize revenue potential from group and catering opportunities.
Sales and Account Management
• Proactively solicit and manage group and catering business opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients and internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure business and drive revenue growth.
Customer Service and Loyalty
• Deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded, and driving customer loyalty and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experiences.
• Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes and strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
