  • Knowledge of Construction Industry Regulations: Knowledge of the construction industry's regulations, standards, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM Software: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Education: A degree in business, sales, construction management, or a related field (preferred but not always required).
  • Work Environment: Office-based with travel to client sites, project locations, and trade shows as required.
