Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is a key part of our organization, responsible for leading strategic business development initiatives across multiple functional areas. As a Strategic Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute business strategies that align with IBM's overall goals and objectives.
- Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation.
- Communication: Effectively communicate business strategies and plans to stakeholders, including executive leadership and external partners.
- Problem Solving: Anticipate and address complex business challenges and opportunities.
- Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive business results.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, strategies, and objectives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
