Culinary Operations Manager - Asian Cuisine

We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian cuisine and a proven track record of leading culinary teams.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement culinary strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Lead and manage the culinary team, ensuring high-quality food production and exceptional guest experiences.
  3. Monitor and control kitchen costs, ensuring efficiency and minimizing waste.
  4. Maintain high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety, adhering to all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  5. Collaborate with our front-of-house team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or 5 years as a Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards.
  • Proven experience in Asian cuisine or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System.
