Business Development Manager, Cisco SMB

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving sales growth in the Cisco Small and Medium Business segment. Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining account plans, driving and managing Small and Medium Business accounts, and establishing relationships with partners at all organization levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute account plans to promote sales growth.
  • Manage and drive Small and Medium Business accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with partners at all organization levels.
  • Recruit and develop business relationships with new partners.
  • Share feedback to plan, execute, and manage promotional activities to drive sales growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple partners simultaneously with high quotas.
  • Ability to manage credit lines with the internal team and partners.
  • Ability to recruit new partners.
  • Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
  • Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
  • Solid understanding of pipeline management.
  • Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
