About This Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team of IT professionals providing services to clients in Doha, Qatar.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.

  • Manage distribution of accountable and non-accountable items to include issuing items to requestors and property custodians
  • Document transactions in the appropriate government furnished database and/or tracking system
  • Prepare assets for and assist with asset final destruction and disposal
Main Accountabilities:
  • Supervising daily operations of the helpdesk/client systems team
  • Managing team members with assigned tasks and priorities
  • Providing system support to clients operating on the network/domain
Requirements:
  • Active, in-scope US Government issued Secret clearance with eligibility
  • Due to the nature of the work and contract requirements, US Citizenship is required
  • DoDM 8140 Information Assurance Technical (IAT) Level 2 or higher
Desirable Skills:
  • 3 years of experience managing a team of at least 5 personnel
  • Responding to help desk tickets and resolving technical issues for hardware, software, and network systems
  • Providing support for operating systems and common software applications
