About This Opportunity
  • This role involves managing guest reservations, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with our front desk team to provide top-notch service and exceed guest expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Familiarize yourself with our hotel's policies and procedures to ensure smooth execution of duties.
  2. Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding reservations, cancellations, and modifications.
  3. Process guest payments and send confirmation emails in a timely manner.
  4. Collaborate with the front desk team to address any issues that may arise during check-in or check-out processes.
  5. Ensure all reservations, rates, and hotel facilities are accurately processed and recorded.
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Hotel operations is required.
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are necessary.
