Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to lead our Cisco Small and Medium Business sales efforts in the designated market segment.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Foster strong relationships with existing partners and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Develop and execute account plans to drive sales growth and expand our market share.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to stay ahead of the competition.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to ensure alignment with goals and objectives.
- Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of selling experience at Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to handle multiple partners simultaneously and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Ability to recruit and develop new business relationships.
