">- Main responsibility is to manage, grow, and consolidate orders towards strategic partners, ensuring they become key revenue generators.
- Maximize key account performance, engaging stakeholders through regular business reviews, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement strategies to identify revenue opportunities, drive growth, and optimize operational efficiency.
- Create weekly/monthly reports, track performance data, and provide insights to stakeholders.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with e-commerce, operations, and marketing teams of strategic partners.
- Strategize and execute regional campaigns aligned with brand marketing calendars, supporting key partners.
- Communicate business performance and progress to stakeholders, using data analysis and cross-functional business reviews.
- Work collaboratively with Ops manager to address commercial gaps and opportunities, focusing on revenue growth and operational optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
">- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce or retail, preferably in account management or client-facing roles.
- Proven ability to analyze data, drive informed decision-making, and develop effective solutions.
