Culinary Excellence Leader

The Head of Culinary Production is responsible for developing and implementing culinary strategies that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement innovative menus, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute large-scale culinary projects and initiatives.
  3. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, farmers, and other stakeholders to source the freshest and highest-quality ingredients.
  4. Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their culinary skills and knowledge.
  5. Monitor and analyze kitchen performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize efficiency and productivity.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree or diploma in culinary arts or hospitality management.
  • At least 7 years of experience in senior culinary roles, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through innovative culinary strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
