Food and Beverage Development Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food and Beverage Development Manager to join our team at Qatar Airways. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing the development of our food and beverage offerings across all catering services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the development of food and beverage menus, including fresh food, dry stores, ambient snacks, and beverages from suppliers across the world.
- Collaborate with suppliers to ensure high-quality products that meet our customer profile demographic, food and beverage philosophy, and master catering profiles.
- Work closely with the VP Culinary Design to develop and implement catering strategies that align with our business objectives.
- Conduct taste tests and quality control checks to ensure that our food and beverage offerings meet our high standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a stable and consistent supply of high-quality products.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in food and beverage development, preferably in the airline or hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
