Food and Beverage Development Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Development Manager to join our team at Precision Hire Solution. As a key member of our Product Development and Design Team, you will be responsible for managing the development of our food and beverage products across catering services.
Key Responsibilities:- Food and Beverage Product Development: Manage the development of new food and beverage products, including sourcing and building relationships with suppliers, conducting market research, and attending industry events to stay up-to-date on the latest trends.
- Wine Program Management: Oversee the award-winning wine program, including managing wine suppliers and developing the wine and beverage strategy.
- Tender Administration: Administer and manage all food and beverage tenders across catering services, including nominating suppliers, technical evaluation, planning, logistics, and budgets.
- Product Development Life Cycle: Manage the product development life cycle for all food and beverage products across inflight, including sourcing new and innovative products, collaborating with the culinary team, and evaluating customer satisfaction.
- Supplier Management: Build strong relationships and partnerships with food and beverage suppliers to enhance and develop opportunities, and conduct supplier workshops to develop new products.
- Project Management: Manage projects, including task assignments, project coordination, budget management, coaching, and supporting team members.
We are looking for a passionate and experienced professional with a minimum of 8 years of job-related experience in food and beverage management within a hospitality environment. You should possess a wine qualification to the equivalent of WSET level 3 and have experience in logistics, equipment, and supplier management in a global environment.
You should also have experience in forecasting, planning, and project/program management, as well as proven experience of managing senior stakeholders in a culturally diverse work environment and leading and developing teams.
