Training and Recruitment Coordinator - Al Futtaim Group

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training and Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Al Futtaim Group. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and deliver training programs to meet the needs of our employees and business units.
  2. Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs and develop training plans.
  3. Develop and maintain a database of training resources and materials.
  4. Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding processes.
  5. Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  6. Arrange interviews and coordinate travel arrangements for candidate interviews.
  7. Prepare and distribute offer letters and other employment documents.
  8. Conduct candidate references and background checks.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in training and recruitment, with a minimum of 2 years in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High level of IT skills, particularly in Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Facilitation skills and experience in training program development.
  • Rapport building and learning and development needs analysis.
