Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Document Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective document management policies and procedures.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement record management policies and procedures that ensure alignment with corporate governance standards and best practices.
  • Classify, code, and index records in a manner that facilitates easy access and retrieval.
  • Implement and manage electronic and paper record keeping systems to ensure secure and efficient access to information.
  • Maintain a centralized filing system for records and serve as the primary point of contact for accessing records and information.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Science, Library Science, or a related field with 6-8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Proven experience in record management, preferably in a corporate or board governance organizational setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic document management systems and recordkeeping software, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Expertise in information governance and data protection best practices.
