Office Administrator Lead

The Office Administrator Lead will play a vital role in supporting the Manpower Professional Project team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative functions, including document preparation, coordination, and dissemination.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and prepare high-quality documentation within strict deadlines.
- Distribute minutes and other project materials as required.
- Coordinate project meetings, site access, and calendar requirements.
- Maintain accurate project records and contribute to the development of progress reports.
- Ensure the efficient organization and management of project documentation.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Advanced PC skills, with a strong focus on Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Beneficial experience with Microsoft Access, Project, and Visio.
- The ability to lead and motivate teams, managing your own time and prioritizing tasks for optimal results.
- High attention to detail and accuracy when preparing documents.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to ensure successful project outcomes.
