Country Sales Head

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Operations Manager to join our team at Women First Jobs. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and ensuring the successful execution of our sales and operations strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, Develop, and Manage the Profit and Loss (P&L) of our Logistics Solution Business: You will be responsible for creating, developing, and managing the P&L of our logistics solution business in Qatar, ensuring that we achieve our business targets and goals.
- Manage Sales and Operations Teams: You will manage and guide our sales and operations teams to achieve their business targets and goals, providing them with the necessary support and resources to succeed.
- Prospective Client Research and Outreach: You will be responsible for researching and reaching out to prospective clients, establishing productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
- Establish Productive and Professional Relationships: You will establish and maintain productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Discuss with Vendors: You will discuss with vendors to obtain good rates and negotiate contracts that benefit our organization.
- Supervise and Push Operations Team: You will supervise and push our operations team to ensure timely delivery of services, meeting our customers' expectations and needs.
- Follow-up for Payment: You will follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and minimize Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Quoting and Filing Rates: You will quote and file rates based on file rates, freight, and seek offers from transporters (sea, air, road) and then send quotes to prospective clients and follow up.
- Assist in Documentation: You will assist in documentation with clients (credit form, T&C of Proconnect) and internal documentation (Credit Recommendation Form submitted to credit team) to safeguard our company from undue risk.
- Arrange Credit Visits: You will arrange and accompany credit visits for our credit team.
- Raise Invoices: You will raise invoices on clients in coordination with our operations team.
- Call Existing Customers: You will call existing customers and follow up on enquiries, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and support.
- Share Feedback: You will share feedback with our operations team about expected rates for acquiring clients and coordinate for smooth execution.
- Track Conversion Ratio: You will track the conversion ratio and assess our strength by analyzing performance vs expected Nos.
