Main Accountabilities:
- Manage Work Orders issued as part of Roll Out & daily operations, guaranteeing smooth operation.
- Contribute to the team by executing skilled duties like reading, building, installing, activating, inspecting, diagnosing, replacing, and routing AMI meters.
- Support the generation of technical daily reports related to command center Operations, adhering to timely submission requirements as applicable.
- Efficiently diagnose and resolve operation problems.
- Offer necessary support to supervisors and analysts to enhance work process execution.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with departments, customers, contractors, and site teams as required.
- Optimize the command center system and associated programs for meter installation and complaint systems.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare comprehensive reports regarding data systems.
- Develop and implement strategies for extensive data tracking, sorting, updating, recording, and report preparation with suitable formats.
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance and Continual Improvement sections to secure and maintain certifications.
- Raise awareness about health and safety regulations within the Installation Section and ensure compliance.
- Ensure availability to work across all three shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
