Join Our Team as an Office Accounting Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Office Accounting Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting data entry, reconciling accounts, and preparing financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Data Entry & Record Keeping:
    1. Enter financial transactions into our accounting system.
    2. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial activities.
    3. Prepare and process invoices, receipts, and payments.
  2. Accounts Payable/Receivable:
    1. Support managing accounts payable and receivable functions.
    2. Track and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
    3. Process and verify invoices and payment requests.
    4. Reconcile company bank accounts on a regular basis.
    5. Identify and resolve discrepancies between bank statements and company records.
    6. Support preparing financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.
    7. Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  3. Compliance:
    1. Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
    2. Support filing and organizing financial documentation according to legal and regulatory requirements.
  4. General Support:
    1. Support senior accounting staff with various financial tasks as needed.
    2. Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
  2. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or other relevant software).
  3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  4. Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
  5. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  6. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
