Job Description

The Administrative Officer will oversee and coordinate various administrative functions within the company, focusing on HR and accounting support. This key role involves managing office operations, implementing administrative policies and procedures, and ensuring seamless communication across departments.

Main Accountabilities
  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment, promoting productivity and collaboration among team members.
  • Provide administrative support to senior management and staff members, ensuring seamless coordination of office operations and services.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements to facilitate effective teamwork and client engagement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, human resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with HR and accounting exposure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in using office software and applications, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
