Job Description

The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain. Key responsibilities include:

• Receiving and verifying documents for relevant imports

• Communicating shipping details with clearing agents

• Arranging transportation and optimizing routes

• Ensuring receipt of necessary documentation per shipment

• Monitoring cargo tracing and updating import schedules daily

• Reconciling invoices versus purchase orders for each shipment

• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs within the supply chain

Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications

• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and practices
