Job Description
- Collaboration and Relationship Building: Work closely with country operations and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence within our training portfolio.
- Client Relationships: Develop and manage robust client relationships, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the learning journey.
- Learning Project Management: Lead learning project management initiatives, fostering seamless collaboration and program success.
- Schedule Management: Oversee quarterly and yearly schedules, ensuring timely publication of courses on the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Class Delivery: Facilitate seamless delivery of classes by coordinating trainer logistics and resolving potential issues.
- Learner Analysis: Partner with learning coordinators to analyze student engagement, class performance, and overall learning quality & effectiveness.
- LMS Maintenance: Maintain accurate and timely learner records within the LMS.
- Program Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate the performance of learning programs and projects, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
- Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written & spoken).
- 5+ years of experience in learning and development or a relevant domain.
- Proven track record of managing learning projects and budgets.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems and related tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong client management and relationship building abilities.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
