This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Administrative Coordinator. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members.
You will perform various tasks, including generating business documentation, preparing charts and compiling reports, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be responsible for coordinating internal and external communications, responding to inquiries, and assisting with procurement and finance procedures.
The ideal candidate will have high computer literacy, including MS Office, and strong organizational and time management skills. They will also possess excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A high school or vocational qualification or diploma
- Minimum 1 year of job-related experience
