HR Administration Coordinator

We are seeking an HR Administration Coordinator to manage key processes related to onboarding, candidate vetting, and employee documentation. This role requires strong administrative skills, excellent computer literacy, and a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working with HR systems, data management, and process improvement with a focus on enhancing efficiency through digitization and automation.
This role involves coordinating and overseeing the onboarding process for new employees, conducting candidate vetting, reference checks, and pre-employment screening requirements, preparing and issuing official letters requested by employees, and ensuring HR records are maintained accurately and in compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws.
Key responsibilities include managing the onboarding process, coordinating induction schedules, communicating key information to new hires, working closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth transition, conducting pre-employment checks, maintaining accurate and confidential records of all checks and compliance documents, drafting and issuing official employee letters, processing employee reference requests, and assisting with contract amendments, salary changes, and other HR administrative tasks.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in HR administration, onboarding, or recruitment support, strong administrative and organisational skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience using HR systems, strong numeracy skills and ability to manage data accurately, and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
