Insurance Administrator

This role is for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage health insurance policies and claims.
- Responsibilities include handling health insurance documentation, liaising with insurance companies, assisting customers with insurance inquiries, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance and insurance claims, proficiency in customer service and communication, and knowledge of health insurance policies and processes.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant experience is preferred.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in QLM, Al Koot, Metlife, Doha Insurance, etc.
Additional Requirements:
- Advanced Excel proficiency to a high level.
- Fast typing is a must.
Work Environment:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate should be available to work independently and as part of a team.
