We are looking for a skilled Sales Executive for Non-Life Insurance to join our team in Qatar.

Summary:

This role involves identifying sales opportunities for AIC insurance plans and managing a portfolio of clients. You will be responsible for growing the customer base by building relationships with clients and matching their needs with our insurance policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients, assessing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Achieve annual targets across all business lines (new and renewal business targets).
  • Ensure seamless onboarding of new businesses with accurate information and timely premium settlements.
  • Source potential leads from various channels and create a database of potential clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle policy renewals efficiently.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports to unit heads.
  • Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair settlements for both parties.
  • Administer collections according to established channel credit, control, and collection policies.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and claims teams as needed.
  • Fulfill policy requirements, including necessary medical exams and form completion.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices, developing innovative marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Insurance or Business Administration or an equivalent field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in insurance and banking.
  • Detailed knowledge of insurance plans.
