Job Title: Administrative Officer
Overview:
SANAD Insurance Brokers is a leading insurance brokerage firm in Qatar, providing innovative solutions to its clients. As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the company's operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
Responsibilities:
Operational Support- Maintain a well-organized office environment, ensuring efficient workflow and productivity.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory, coordinating maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Oversee the reception area, providing professional and courteous services to clients and visitors.
- Provide administrative support to senior management and staff members, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports, ensuring timely and accurate information dissemination.
- Assist with HR processes, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and offboarding.
- Support accounting tasks, such as data entry, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably with HR, accounting exposure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, proficiency in using office software and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
