Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance & Admin Assistant to support our Finance Administration team in Doha Education City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Manager and other departments as required.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of high-volume accounts from customers.
  • Manage data entry, invoicing, and customer communication with a keen eye for detail and excellent phone etiquette.
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Opera, and Oracle.
  • Preferably 2+ years of experience in administration, finance, or accounting.
