Business Development Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Assistant to join our team at Qatarliving. In this role, you will be responsible for managing sales and customer records, compiling monthly sales reports, and providing administrative support to the sales department.
Responsibilities- You will be proficient in Excel and have knowledge in making quotations and tenders.
- Finding new suppliers as per the requirements of the tender/quotation is also a key responsibility.
- Maintain and update sales and customer records accurately.
- Compile comprehensive monthly sales reports.
- Support the sales department with other administrative tasks as needed.
- Answer queries through email and phone calls in a professional manner.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding sales quotations.
- Resolve administrative problems by coordinating and identifying solutions.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests from customers and colleagues.
- A transferrable visa with a valid QID is required.
- Office timing is 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Total package details include salary and transportation benefits.
- Specific designated areas for transportation include New Salata – 03 Mall, Doha Aljadeda Metro Station Only.
