Job Role: Sales Manager - Luxury Wholesale and Distribution

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: Foster a positive and collaborative team culture by promoting open communication, mutual respect, and teamwork. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, performance targets, and any challenges or opportunities within the perfume section.
  • Product Knowledge Training: Provide comprehensive training sessions on perfume products, including different brands, scents, ingredients, and packaging. Educate sales associates on the features, benefits, brand values, stories, and product lines and unique selling points of each perfume product available in the store.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Foster a customer-centric culture within the perfume section, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are upheld at all times. Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively, maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Merchandising and Inventory Management: Ensure effective merchandising of perfume products, including displays, signage, and promotions, to drive sales and enhance the shopping experience. Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and coordinate with inventory management to ensure adequate stock availability.
  • Operational Efficiency: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards within the perfume section. Collaborate with other department managers and store management to optimize overall store operations.
