Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to join our team at AGC Mining Recruitment Pty Ltd.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to a Private Family based in Qatar, coordinating appointments, meetings, and events with ease. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate complex itineraries for social and business events
  • Prepare materials and information needed for scheduled activities
  • Act as a liaison between the principal and internal/external parties
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and other communications with discretion
  • Plan and organize domestic and international travel arrangements
  • Maintain organized and confidential records
  • Draft and proofread correspondence, emails, and other written communications
  • Assist with personal tasks, such as shopping and errands
  • Track and reconcile personal expenses
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in supporting high-level executives or individuals
  • Female
  • Non-smoker
  • Willing to travel as needed
  • Language: English (French and Arabic is a big plus)
  • Nationality: Eastern Europe / South Africa / Australia
  • Minimum age: 30
  • GCC experience (preferably)

Technical Competencies:

  • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities

Salary: Market Related (approximately $80,000 - $100,000 per annum)
